Hours and Scheduling

 
Hours:  Normally, the days I see clients are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  I may at times come in on Tuesdays or Thursdays when working around a vacation or holiday.
 
Your session is by appointment, and I have set aside the time we agreed upon for your massage, and in addition ample time before your treatment to go over any requests you have for that day's session, as well as time before and after your massage to allow you to change, use the restroom, etc.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your actual massage appointment time so we may start your treatment on time.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
 
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To continue to be successful in my business, and to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:

A MINIMUM OF 24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows me at least some time and opportunity for someone else to be scheduled into that appointment time you are no longer able to keep. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged up to the full amount of your appointment.
 
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and may be required to pay in advance if wishing to schedule another.
